Bachelor of Theology Degree
A degree intended for students considering full-time work in the ministry as pastor, teacher or administrator. This degree normally requires four years to complete and majors in courses in systematic theology, pastoral theology, evangelism, cell training, church and educational administration.

Bachelor of Christian Education
This degree is designed for those considering full-time ministry in Christian education in the local church. This includes ministry to children, youth and adults, cell training and the administration of the total church educational program. The degree normally requires four years and concentrates on training in Christian education.

Certificate (Diploma) in Christian Ministries
- The certificate course is a two-year program designed to train laymen for volunteer ministries in the church. Graduates of the certificate course will not usually be considered for employment in the Faith Evangelical Churches of the Philippines, Inc.(FECPI).
- To be admitted to the FBC certificate program, the applicant must be:
a. Recommended by his or her pastor.
b. Pass the FBC entrance exams.
c. Be at least a junior high school graduate. - FECPI members who apply for and are accepted for the certificate program will be eligible to receive 3/4 of the full scholarship given to students in the BTh program.
- Certificate students will take many of the same courses as the degree students but the passing grade for them will be 60% rather than the usual 75% required of the BTh students.
- Certificate students who have excellent grades and character may, upon the completion of the two-year certificate course, apply to the FBC Admissions Committee to transfer to the BTh degree program. If approved by the Admissions Committee their credits may be applied towards their degree requirements.
